They were very loud and stomped constantly. Other than that, I love it. Living room is huge and spacious. Staff has been friendly, and so have other residents.

Any maintenance issues I have submitted, either verbally or on line, have been taken care of in a timely manner. Maintenance staff is excellent . Office staff very helpful also. — This is a very clean and well kept building. Neighbors are friendly when encountered. Maintenance and office staff very professional.

The staff and other residents are always very kind, open to playing bingo on Thursdays, and hosting other little get togethers like that. Even though 28th St. is right around the corner, things remain pretty quiet here. Not only that, but Viewpointe Apartments is really located in a great spot. There are great places to go, like Fresh Thyme, D W, and a plethora of great restaurants to choose from. On top of that Emily and other staff members work really hard to make sure things are in tip top shape and we really appreciate them.

submitted by Erin B. - |Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I am very happy here. Apartments are older, but well maintained, have a washer dryer in the apartment, and affordable. Everyone here is friendly and the grounds are clean. There are normal apartment noises, but it is nothing like some of the newer builds that have paper thin walls. I am very glad I waited for a place here to open up.

submitted by Josiah S. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Great place, friendly community. The worst thing I could find when moving in was some of the outlets had been painted over no big deal . The maintenance guy is prompt and super helpful. Emily in the office is awesome, quickly answers any questions. 10 10 would recommend

submitted by William U. - |Recommended: YesA bit run down, yet worth the cost. — The people here are very friendly and the staff is very good. The noise level is reasonable and he cleanliness is satisfactory. The underground garage is well worth the minor monthly cost. The windows could use some work to better insulate during the winter seals mostly and the decks could use some upgrading to look nicer. The location is central to many service providers and retail outlets. Overall, a good value for the money.
submitted by Matthew H. - |Recommended: YesRespectable facilities with supportive staff and amazing resident community. — It's a great place. Staff is awesome. Maintenance is diligent and friendly. They provide things that are thoughtful, like grocery carts to help bring things in, a freebie bin to drop stuff into to free cycle, and coffee every morning. Maintenance has gone out of their way to provide amazing service and fix things for us. The elevator is super helpful for families with young kids They have a pool They also host regular events like donut Tuesday and Bingo Thursday. I hear they throw a holiday party towards the end of the year. They hold a garage sale. This place feels like a neighborhood. It's great. Another big plus if you're moving and landing somewhere temporarily is that they have in-house storage units that are a really great price. Can't be beat. It makes bringing your whole life along easy and affordable. This is a big bonus Super helpful. The down sides have more to do with the age of the building and grounds. For example, the grounds are surrounded by parking lots, so there is nowhere for little kids to run around near the building. They don't have a playground either. And while you can see trees all around, you're still looking at parking immediately adjacent to the building, so it isn't the most picturesque place to live. And while the building generally works well, there are weird things that make you think, yeah, this isn't great. For example, each balcony holds one or two air conditioners. The balconies are skinny, so it takes up space and makes the balconies kind of useless. The railings also don't meet code requirements for spacing between pickets, so little kids can stick their heads through. In the large units there are two furnaces and two air conditioners added after the fact , so you are paying twice as much for electricity in the summer. And the windows and sliding door are TERRIBLE at keeping air in and out. It just makes you depressed that your A C has to run all day because of the poor insulation - money out the door. The good news about the facilities is they do upgrades and are always working to improve things. It just takes time. Overall, this place is a really great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone. It is a great price, great community, and reasonable facility.
