|Recommended: Yes1st review — overall i have been pleased with the service of arlington homes. the communication is awesome with gail at the office. she was the reason i felt comfortable in renting at arlington and the reason i intend to stay. she has responded well with all of my requests.
i do wish there as an option for winterproofing the large windows, or installing storm windows. there is quite a draft and the sliding windows dont seal well for the winter weather. which means i pay more in heating bills.
i have had a few problems with flickering lights and fuses in the last few days. but the maintenace crew seems to be on top of it.
overall good stuff
