Carla is so friendly and very accommodating, compassionate, and a great personality! This is what keeps us here at Arlington.

Gutters need attention, and the pot holes in the parking lots are getting to be sink holes...expensive car repair due to rain filling holes and not being able to navigate around the holes.

1st reviewsubmitted by Adam B. - Nov 30, 2010|Recommended: Yesoverall i have been pleased with the service of arlington homes. the communication is awesome with gail at the office. she was the reason i felt comfortable in renting at arlington and the reason i intend to stay. she has responded well with all of my requests. i do wish there as an option for winterproofing the large windows, or installing storm windows. there is quite a draft and the sliding windows dont seal well for the winter weather. which means i pay more in heating bills. i have had a few problems with flickering lights and fuses in the last few days. but the maintenace crew seems to be on top of it. overall good stuff
