|Recommended: YesGreat Starter Apartments — I have really enjoyed my little community at the townhouses. I have great neighbors who are friendly and respectful. They've even helped dig me out of the snow The maintenance crew is on it out here. They are timely with repairs and always polite and efficient. I've even had one help me with odd repairs around the house while he was there. The office team is helpful and prompt. I have had great experiences with all of the staff out here. The neighborhood isn't upscale- but it is right near a lot of schools and filled with kids and small families. I love my home and love showing it off. My favorite feature is the little serving window in the kitchen that looks into my living room. The wood floors are beautiful and I love all of the storage in my HUGE basement. As a single young adult starting off in the Michigan career field, this community has met my needs and I love being here

|Recommended: YesVery clean, and nice — It was good, except noise by some neighbors is loud. Utilities are clean and newer than other places. Overall, I would rent here again, but the reason I didn't was that they were break-ins Including in my house and 2 other people in the same block.
