I've only had a few small issues with water leaks, otherwise it's been a lovely place to live. Neighbors can be pretty loud some nights, but that's how it goes when you live near a lot of other people. Overall a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesA great place to live! — It's very nice, I work swing shift so I really appreciate the fact that it it quiet enough so that I can get sleep during the day. Snow removal has been very fast and well done. Maintenance quickly comes to repair any needs you have of them. The apartment manager Kristina has been nothing but amazingly kind and helpful before and after the move-in.

Quiet community to live in.
|Recommended: YesTennant — Would like better lighting in parking lot at all times. Would like the outside door to require a key to get in. Would like peep holes in the door so you can see who is there. Office staff and maintaince guys are very helpful, efficient, and nice.
