|Recommended: YesIt's not my favorite place to live at but it's not the absolute worst place I lived at — Everything is run down and old, the paint job looks horrible and rushed, there's black stuff always on our walls especially the bathroom, the only best thing about this place is the price and they have cats for free and u dont pay for water or heat

|Recommended: YesVery nice, clean and well kept. — Quiet, friendly place to live. Close to pretty much everything you need, some things are within walking distance.
|Recommended: YesFlawed but not bad — Noise gets a bad review because I could hear my neighbor coughing on a regular basis, as well as hearing music or tv from downstairs. I know for a fact they could hear me exercising sometimes. But on the whole, its fine. Maintenance is much improved in the past 2 years. However, I don't like the change to making payments online or check only either.

|Recommended: YesVery nice people — Yes you can hear your neighbors. But luckily my neighbors aren’t that loud. We had a problem with our AC unit and I put in a work order and the same day he came out and replaced it. The employees here are awesome, they’re always friendly.

|Recommended: YesDecent place to live — Overall, a decent place to live. It's an older apartment complex, so there are some outdated things about the unit but that's to be expected.
|Recommended: YesBorderline needs remodeling throughout whole building. — The property needs a bit of updating, but for the flexibility of move in dates, couldn't been better.
|Recommended: YesVery Clean and private. No Problems — The apartments are very clean and spacious. Their are a never problems with management or other residents. I have been able to keep to myself and not have to worry about anything.
|Recommended: YesOverall good — Overall good. The doors have been broken on our building for a while, but the area is safe so I don't think many people are very concerned.
|Recommended: YesGood — I can hear the neighbor's really well and the smell of there cigarettes and stuff lingers into our apartment. And a few things wrong with the bathroom and kitchen appliances. But other wise amazing leasing office staff.
